Quartz and engineered stone products contain high levels of crystalline silica. While this product is entirely safe once installed, the fabrication process (cutting, grinding, or polishing) generates respirable dust.
WARNING: Inhalation of silica dust can cause silicosis, a serious, irreversible, and potentially fatal lung disease.
Mandatory Handling Requirements

Appearance: As an engineered product using natural stone aggregates, slight variations in color, shade, and pattern distribution are inherent and expected.

Heat Resistance: Quartz is heat-resistant but not heat-proof. To prevent thermal shock (cracking or discoloration), always use trivets or hot pads under hot cookware.

Warranty & Installation: To ensure a proper fit and maintain manufacturer warranties, Tile For Less strongly recommends all templating and installation be handled by licensed stone professionals.
